Mark Hanf
Co-Founder / Broker
Mark is broker and president of Pacific Private Money, Inc., one of the two main sponsors of trust deed investments on PrivateMoneyLoans.com, and as broker, is responsible for loan origination, processing, servicing, and compliance.
Pacific Private Money, Inc., has been an active private money lender since 2008, during which time it has funded over $380 million representing over 1,100 loans. Pacific Private Money, Inc., has a staff of 10 full-time employees, including originators, underwriters, and processors, with a loan servicing division that is currently servicing over $90 Million in private money loans.
Mark’s real estate career spans 34 years, including 25 years in commercial development and property management, and 9 years originating private money loans.

Nam Phan
Marketing / Investor Relations
Nam Phan oversees Business Development and Marketing and is responsible for branding, promotion and awareness for Pacific Private Money’s various investments and loan programs. Mr. Phan has been in the real estate industry since 1999, holding senior level leadership positions in operations and business development for a number of real estate franchisors and technology companies including HomeSmart and Proxio.
Mirka Garrett
Production / Compliance
Mirka Garrett has been coordinating, processing and documenting private money loans since 2007. Her experience and array of knowledge in the industry has helped Mirka become a compliance expert for both business-purpose as well as consumer-purpose (TRID) loans. She is responsible for the production of all the company’s transactions from initial disclosure through close of escrow.

Ryan Thompson
Loan Servicing / Distributions
As Loan Servicing Manager, Ryan oversees all aspects of our $90 Million loan servicing portfolio, from borrower payment collection to monthly interest distributions to investors, including loan boarding and payoffs; and is always available for prompt, friendly, and informative communication between borrowers, investors, and the loan servicing department.
Sophia Konrad
Production Assistant
As Production Assistant, Sophia assists in the coordination of timely drafting, auditing and delivery of documents to ensure a seamless process from loan origination to final closing. Prior to joining the firm, Sophia worked for two years at US Bank.
Mike Walton
Underwriter
Mike brings years of conventional financing knowledge and underwriting due diligence experience to the firm. Mike spent 20 years in the Mortgage Banking Industry working with companies including North American Mortgage, National City Mortgage, Green Point and Fountain Grove Mortgage.

Kevin Green
Loan Originations
Kevin is a broker-associate at Pacific Private Money with over 18 years of experience in commercial and residential mortgage originations. Kevin’s background includes all facets of real estate, with a specific emphasis on private money and hard money loan originations. Kevin, who was born and raised in Silicon Valley, is also an active real estate investor in California, Nevada, and Utah. Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Chico State University and a Master of Science in Business Management from Notre Dame De Namur University.

John Citrigno
Broker Associate, Site co-founder
John is responsible for management and continued improvement of PrivateMoneyLoans.com, while overseeing loan selection, underwriting, investor qualification, registration, business development, and marketing.
John manages Cirius Pacific Fund, LLC, co-founded with Mark Hanf, which serves as one of the two main sponsors of trust deed investments on PrivateMoneyLoans.com, and is a broker-associate at Pacific Private Money, Inc., where his efforts are focused on originating loans suitable for placement on the PrivateMoneyLoans.com platform.
John has over 30 years of experience in residential, commercial, and investment real estate, and has been originating private money loans since 2010.

Matt Coordes
Loan Originations
Matt is a loan agent for the company, specializing in private construction lending, equity placement and lending for projects over $2M. Matt’s real estate career spans 20 years, and includes Aspen Private Equity Group which he was co-founder. Matt has negotiated debt and equity placements on projects ranging from small fix and flips up to $10M joint ventures, as well as capital advisory for large projects ($5M to $100M) in California, Colorado, and Hawaii.

Rick Culp
Underwriting / Due Diligence
Rick has over 30 years’ experience in banking, underwriting and real estate lending. He has worked with firms including Household Finance, First Interstate Bank, and with Wells Fargo as the State Senior Underwriter for the bank’s California lending operations. Rick is a former board director of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, is an active member of the Elks and volunteers as a coach in community sports programs.
Sarah O'Sullivan
Office Assistant/Reception
Sarah manages our front desk reception and helps maintain day to day office services and procedures. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked in accounting at a local law firm. Sarah graduated from Sonoma State University with a BA in Human Development and a minor in Business Administration.
